Residential and Commercial Plumbing Compensation:

You'll manage service calls independently while providing excellent customer service and ensuring every job is completed safely, efficiently, and to code. This position offers a variety of work, allowing you to build your skills across both service and installation projects while occasionally mentoring less experienced plumbers and apprentices. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing systems Install and replace water lines, drain lines, fixtures, water heaters, valves, and piping Troubleshoot plumbing system issues and recommend appropriate solutions Perform preventative maintenance and system inspections Read blueprints, plumbing layouts, and job specifications when required Test completed work to ensure proper operation and code compliance Maintain accurate service records and job documentation Communicate repair options and recommendations clearly with customers Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and work area Assist in training and supporting apprentices as needed Follow company safety standards and local plumbing codes What We're Looking For Previous residential or commercial plumbing service experience Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Experience installing and repairing plumbing fixtures, water lines, drainage systems, and piping Ability to interpret blueprints and plumbing diagrams Excellent communication and customer service skills Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record Ability to work independently while maintaining high-quality workmanship Backflow certification is a plus Journeyman plumbing license is preferred but not required Grow Your Career With Spectrum AC We're looking for dependable plumbers who enjoy delivering exceptional service and want to build a long-term career with a company that values integrity, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement.
