Job Title:

Plumber Job Description This role involves maintaining plumbing operations on site, including all phases of plumbing within a commercial construction environment. Previous experience in commercial construction and site cleanup is required. Responsibilities Maintain plumbing operations on site. Work on all phases of plumbing, including installation and repair. Ensure site cleanliness and adhere to safety protocols. Collaborate with construction teams to interpret and implement blueprints. Essential Skills Experience in commercial construction Proficiency in plumbing tasks using hand and power tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Familiarity with PVC, cast iron, and piping systems. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience as a plumbing foreman is advantageous. Knowledge of construction practices and safety procedures. Work Environment Work hours are Monday to Thursday from 7am to 5:30pm and Friday from 7am to 3:30pm. The work environment requires wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) at all times. Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Melbourne, FL. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $30.00/hr.
