Minimum Qualifications The following minimum qualifications for this position must be met before any applicant will be considered: High School Diploma or

GED. 1-3

years' experience in the plumbing field; to include, general, commercial, or residential plumbing, or irrigation. Licensed Plumber preferred. Ability to read and understand blueprints. Ability and knowledge to read and interpret schematics. Ability to read and apply operating/repair instructions. Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have knowledge and use of computer software related to college supported systems accessing and inputting data. Must be able to communicate effectively with contractors, architects and engineers. Valid Florida Motor Vehicle Operator's license required. A review of Social Media activity will be part of the candidate evaluation process. This position will require successful fingerprinting and the candidate chosen will be required to pay (currently $36.00). This fingerprinting fee ($36.00) is non-refundable.
