• 1-3 years' experience in the plumbing field; to include, general, commercial, or residential plumbing, or irrigation.
• Licensed Plumber preferred.
• Read and understand blueprints.
• Knowledge to read and interpret schematics.
• Read and apply operating/repair instructions.
• Must possess oral and written communication skills.
• Must have knowledge and use of computer software related to college supported systems accessing and inputting data.
• Communicate with contractors, architects and engineers.
• Valid Florida Motor Vehicle Operators license required.
