Role:

RTS Plumbing is a growing, self-perform plumbing contractor based in Ocala, FL. We are looking for an experienced and driven Plumbing Manager to lead our operations from our Ocala office. This is primarily an office-based role with regular field presence required. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day plumbing operations, estimating and bidding projects, coordinating field crews, and ensuring every job is completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards of quality. Key Responsibilities Oversee daily plumbing operations including scheduling, dispatching, and job completion Prepare accurate estimates and bid packages for residential and commercial plumbing projects Manage project budgets, track job costs, and report to leadership Networking at community events Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, and material procurement Utilize ServiceTitan software to manage work orders, scheduling, and customer communications Ensure all work complies with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company standards Serve as a point of contact for clients, GCs, and project stakeholders Train, mentor, and evaluate field technicians to maintain high performance Monitor equipment, tools, and vehicle fleet standards Track KPIs and implement process improvements to boost operational efficiency Qualifications & Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in plumbing operations, project management, or a related field Must be experienced in ServiceTitan software. It is required Proven ability to estimate and bid plumbing projects accurately Strong working knowledge of plumbing codes, systems, and inspection processes Excellent organizational and time-management skills — you stay on top of multiple moving parts Self-motivated with the ability to manage independently and drive results Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites as needed Experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Plumbing license or certification preferred but not required for the right candidate What We Offer Competitive salary — commensurate with experience - Top pay Paid vacation 401(k) retirement plan Stable, Monday-Friday schedule — 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM A collaborative, team-oriented company culture Opportunity to grow with a reputable, established contractor Work Environment This position is primarily office-based at our Ocala, FL headquarters, with regular field visits to active job sites.
