Construction & Skilled Trades | Full time Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Follow all company safety policies Demonstrate proper use of PPE and all protection equipment Follow Hazcom, Excavation, Trenching, and Silica Safety Programs Adhere to the Water Damage Plan Check all layout dimensions of rough ins Present a positive image to customers, co-workers, and others on the job Be willing to take direction and learn Have working knowledge of hand and power tools Ensure proper installation of plumbing systems Proficiency in soldering and blazing copper systems Ability to read blueprints and submittals Performs testing and disinfection of plumbing systems and inspections Aid in training and development of plumbing apprentice Willing to acquire certifications

Qualifications:

High school diploma/Trade school diploma Minimum of 5 years of experience in plumbing trade Certifications in 10hr OSHA forklift/lull and aerial lift Competent person in

CPR First Aid Work Environment:

Physical activities of standing, balancing, climbing stairs and ladders. Must be comfortable working from heights (over 20 feet is common). Walking and lifting weight of twenty pounds or more are required in daily performance of job. Use of upper extremities required for forward and overhead reaching, pushing, pulling, and material handling. Use of torso and lower extremities required for kneeling, crawling, stooping, twisting, and squatting. DFWP/EOE
