Everything You Need Under One Roof Plumbing Service Technician AMAC Services is seeking an experienced and dependable Plumbing Service Technician to join our growing team. We're looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates clearly with customers, and can diagnose and repair a wide range of residential plumbing issues. Job Summary As a Plumbing Service Technician, you will diagnose plumbing concerns, perform repairs and installations, and ensure all work meets both code and company standards. This role requires strong technical skills, professionalism, and the ability to work independently in residential environments. Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, drains, valves, fixtures, water heaters, and appliances
  • Perform routine maintenance services and inspections
  • Respond to service calls promptly and professionally
  • Communicate clearly with customers about findings, repair options, and costs
  • Accurately document all work performed, materials used, and time spent using company software
  • Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in clean and proper working condition
  • Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes, safety regulations, and company policies Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED
  • 2-5 years of plumbing experience preferred
  • Valid Florida driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Strong understanding of plumbing systems, tools, and techniques
  • Excellent troubleshooting and critical-thinking skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in various environments (attics, crawl spaces, outdoors, etc.)
  • Strong communication and customer service skills Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience in residential and/or commercial service work
  • Familiarity with digital service platforms or work order software
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Backflow certification or gas line experience is a plus Benefits
