Pay Structure:

- Work Scope
Core Responsibilities:
Plumbing Field Superintendents will oversee field plumbing operations and ensure projects are executed safely, efficiently, and to specification.Responsibilities include:
- Overseeing all field plumbing operations
- Layout and installation oversight of:
- Drainage systems
- Water distribution piping
- Natural gas piping
- Reviewing plans and shop drawings
- Assisting with quality control of plumbing installations
- Coordinating manpower, scheduling execution, and daily field activities
- Working closely with Project Managers and field leadership
- Ensuring crews understand scope, sequencing, and expectations
- Maintaining strong jobsite communication and professionalism
Technical & Software Skills:
- Comfortable using Outlook and Excel
- Able to review and interpret construction schedules (not required to create them)
- Familiarity with construction software such as Procore or Bluebeam is a plus
- Must be able to accurately interpret plans, schedules, and shop drawings
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 15+ years of plumbing field experience
- Proven leadership experience, running projects with minimal oversight
- Strong hands-on plumbing background (not a desk-only role)
- Physically capable and healthy

- Comfortable with regional travel as needed
- Honest, straightforward skillset (no résumé "fluff")
- Professional, accountable, and respected in the field
Requirements:
- Extensive commercial plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of drainage, water, and gas systems
- Ability to lead crews and coordinate field execution
- Must pass any required background checks or screenings
- Reliable transportation required
