In this vital role, you will oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of plumbing systems on new building sites, ensuring all work meets rigorous safety standards and building codes. Your expertise will guide a team of skilled plumbers, coordinate with project managers, and ensure that plumbing systems are installed efficiently and to the highest quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to lead complex projects from start to finish while demonstrating your mechanical knowledge and construction experience. Your leadership will be instrumental in delivering safe, reliable plumbing solutions that lay the foundation for successful building operations. Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing installation teams on new construction sites, ensuring adherence to project timelines and safety protocols Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute precise pipe layouts and system designs Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including water supply, drainage, gas piping systems, and mechanical components using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and pipe threading tools Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and safety regulations while maintaining high-quality craftsmanship Coordinate with project managers, general contractors, and other trades to facilitate seamless project progression Conduct inspections of plumbing systems during various phases of construction to identify issues early and implement effective solutions Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, materials used, and compliance records in accordance with industry standards Experience Proven construction experience with a strong background in residential and commercial plumbing projects Demonstrated ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Skilled in welding, pipe threading, pipe installation, and working with gas piping systems Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local regulations, safety standards, and mechanical knowledge relevant to construction plumbing Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), system troubleshooting, and field service activities Familiarity with the use of hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting techniques, and assembly processes in a construction environment Valid commercial driver's license preferred for site travel; handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus Ability to perform basic math calculations necessary for precise measurements and system calculations Strong customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients or project stakeholders when needed Must have a clean background, NO DUI, good driving record and a winning, professional attitude Join us as a Lead Plumber
