This role involves both residential and commercial installation work, including new construction, system upgrades, and plumbing replacements. We're looking for a skilled, reliable installer who takes pride in quality workmanship and can handle a variety of jobsite conditions. If you have strong plumbing installation experience and enjoy working on both residential and commercial projects, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Install plumbing systems in residential and commercial properties Perform rough-in and finish plumbing installations Read and interpret blueprints and job specifications Install piping systems, fixtures, and related components Ensure all work meets code compliance and company standards Collaborate with team members and other trades on job sites Troubleshoot installation issues as needed Maintain clean, safe, and organized work environments Required Skills 4+ years of plumbing installation experience required Experience in both residential and commercial plumbing preferred Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, tools, and installation methods Ability to read blueprints and follow job specifications Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work Ability to work independently and as part of a team Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record CompensationBenefits Competitive hourly pay: $30-$35 per hour Stable, growing company with a strong reputation Supportive team environment No supervisory or management responsibility Ongoing training and career growth opportunities Opportunity to work on specialized and advanced plumbing rehabilitation projects Why Join Mainline?
