Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing Install Manager to lead and oversee plumbing installation projects across residential and commercial sites. This role is vital in ensuring that plumbing systems are installed efficiently, safely, and in strict accordance with all local building codes and regulations. As a key leader on our team, you will coordinate skilled tradespeople, manage project timelines, and ensure quality standards are met from start to finish. Your expertise will drive successful project execution, foster team collaboration, and uphold our commitment to exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead, coach and supervise plumbing installation teams on sites, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and project specifications Train and mentor installers to improve performance and technical skills. Interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and system designs Manage construction estimating processes related to plumbing scope, materials, and labor costs to ensure project profitability Review scopes of work and ensure proper materials and labor are accounted for on every project. Oversee the installation of domestic water systems, heavy lifting tasks, pipe threading, and assembly of plumbing components using hand tools and power tools Ensure compliance with all relevant plumbing building codes, local regulations, and construction regulatory standards during each phase of installation Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other trades to provide excellent customer service and resolve any on-site issues promptly Price out plumbing installation jobs and prepare accurate estimates and proposals for customers. Resolve customer concerns and ensure 5-star service. Track KPIs, including revenue, margins, callbacks, and productivity. . Requirements Must have Service Titan experience or similar platform 7+ years of plumbing installation experience. Previous management or supervisory experience required. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems, repipes, water heaters, and plumbing installations. Ability to lead, motivate, and hold teams accountable. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong understanding of job costing and profitability. Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record. Why American Air?
