Replacement of deteriorated plumbing systems with newly designed underground systems and rough-ins for homes and businesses. Installation of grease collection systems in restaurants and trash rooms. Installation of drainage and pump systems for elevator pits in residential and commercial properties. Repair and installation of tank-type and tankless water heaters. Installation of various types of water filtration systems in residential and commercial settings. Installation of primary and overflow storm drainage collection systems. Installation of plumbing fixtures, including toilets, sinks, showers, faucets, garbage disposals, laundry connections, dishwashers, ice makers, recirculation pumps, and drinking fountains. Cutting, joining, soldering (copper), and assembling piping systems in accordance with project blueprints and technical specifications. Managing work orders, project budgets, reporting, and customer service interactions. Ensuring strict compliance with OSHA safety guidelines and local plumbing codes. Installation of sanitary septic systems and private well water pumps. Coordinating personnel, suppliers, payroll matters, and subcontractor activities. Scheduling and facilitating inspections with local authorities. Attending project meetings with site leaders to plan and coordinate work phases.
