JOB DESCRIPTION
Plumber
JOB SUMMARY
Full-time position; Work shift is primarily day shift; On Call Some weekends.
REQUIREMENTS
Valid Florida drivers license Must be authorized to work in the United States. High School Diploma/Equivalent preferred . 12 months experience installing and servicing plumbing fixtures and systems required; Septic tank drain field experience a plus Experience reading blueprints a plus. All Facets of the Plumbing Industry-New Construction,Resedential/Commercial Service ,Industrial and Sewer/Septic Services.
JOB DUTIES
(include, but not limited to): Service existing plumbing fixtures/systems Install new/replacement fixtures/systems Complete work within project time schedules and budget costs Maintain or repair plumbing by replacing defective washers, replacing or mending broken pipes, or opening clogged drains Lay out full scale drawings of pipe systems, supports, or related equipment, according to blueprints. Select pipe sizes, types, or related materials, such as supports, hangers, or hydraulic cylinders, according to specifications. Assemble pipe sections, tubing, or fittings, using couplings, clamps, screws, bolts, cement, plastic solvent, caulking, or soldering, brazing, or welding equipment. Install pipe assemblies, fittings, valves, appliances such as dishwashers or water heaters, or fixtures such as sinks or toilets, using hand or power tools. Inspect plumbing systems or fixtures. Measure materials or objects for installation or assembly.
