Meares Plumbing is hiring experienced New Construction Plumbers with strong Underground and Rough-In experience. We are looking for skilled, dependable plumbers who take pride in their work and are ready to join a growing team. This is a full-time position with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. What We Offer Weekly Pay Competitive pay based on experience Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401(k) Ancillary Benefits Full-time, steady work Opportunities for training, development, and career growth Immediate start available Duties & Responsibilities Install plumbing systems according to applicable plumbing codes and job specifications Perform underground and rough-in plumbing for new construction projects Follow direction from the Site Supervisor Read and interpret site plans, blueprints, and specifications Properly use a variety of plumbing hand and power tools Perform testing and prepare completed work for inspection Work effectively with supervisors, team members, and other trades Actively participate in training and development of team members Maintain a clean and safe work area Maintain a professional and positive attitude on the jobsite Job Qualifications Solid experience in all phases of new construction plumbing required Strong underground and rough-in plumbing experience Must be able to read and interpret site plans Knowledge of plumbing codes and proper installation practices Must own the necessary tools to perform assigned work Reliable transportation Dependable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team Ability to safely operate various hand and power tools Schedule & Work Environment Must be comfortable working outdoors in changing weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, and wind Work may involve loud, wet, or humid conditions and working around moving mechanical equipment Must be able to perform the physical duties associated with new construction plumbing
