We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Commercial Service Plumber to join our elite service division. This role is designed for a technical expert who thrives on solving complex plumbing challenges in commercial and industrial environments.

Core Focus:

This position places heavy emphasis on high-level commercial service repairs, troubleshooting, and new system installations.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Repairs:

Perform advanced leak detection, pipe repairs, and fixture replacements in facilities of all sizes.

Installations & Buildouts:

Lead plumbing installations for new construction, tenant buildouts, and comprehensive fixture upgrades.

System Troubleshooting:

Diagnose and resolve complex issues in commercial-grade water heating systems (tank, tankless, and high-volume).

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all work meets local Florida plumbing codes and maintain accurate records of service and repairs.

Mentorship:

Provide technical guidance to junior technicians on-site to ensure quality craftsmanship and safety standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:

Experience:

Minimum of 5 years of verifiable experience specifically in Commercial Plumbing.

Technical Proficiency:

Expert knowledge of commercial water systems, drainage, and blueprints.

Licensing:

Valid Journeyman or Master Plumber license preferred.

Physical Demands:

Ability to handle the physical rigors of commercial sites, including lifting heavy equipment and working in varied environments. Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record. Valued "Nice-to-Have"

Skills:

While the primary focus is service and installation, experience in the following specialized areas is a significant plus: Backflow Testing & Prevention certification. Trenchless Sewer Line Rehab (CIPP and Picote X-Press epoxy lining). Commercial Drain Cleaning (Hydro jetting/Camera Inspections). Lift Station and Grease Trap repair/replacement.
