Compensation $70,000 - $100,000 per year Compensation within the range will be based on experience, qualifications, job responsibilities, and the applicable compensation structure. Additional incentive or performance based compensation may be available depending on the compensation plan for the position. All hours worked will be recorded and compensated in accordance with applicable federal and Florida wage and hour requirements. What You'll Do Our plumbers handle a wide variety of residential and commercial plumbing work, including: Plumbing service and diagnostic calls Faucets, toilets, flappers, valves, fixtures, and everyday plumbing repairs Water heater repair and replacement Tank and tankless water heaters Drain and sewer repairs Sewer line replacement Whole house repipes Water service repairs and replacements Plumbing troubleshooting and diagnostics Commercial plumbing Victaulic piping and fittings Chiller related plumbing and piping Larger plumbing repairs and installations From changing a flapper to completing a whole house repipe, we want someone who approaches every call with the same level of professionalism and urgency. Qualifications Proven experience as a service plumber or similar plumbing position Strong residential service plumbing experience Commercial plumbing experience preferred Ability to independently diagnose plumbing problems Ability to complete plumbing repairs and installations correctly and efficiently Knowledge of Florida plumbing requirements and applicable local codes Knowledge of proper safety practices Ability to properly operate plumbing tools, equipment, and machinery Strong customer service and communication skills Ability to use a tablet and mobile applications for job documentation ServiceTitan experience is preferred Valid driver's license Ability to meet company driving requirements Ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation Any license, certification, registration, or qualification legally required for work performed must be maintained as required by applicable state or local law. Schedule Full Time We are a service company, and our customers don't always have plumbing problems Monday through Friday from 8 to 5. This position may include scheduled overtime, evenings, weekends, emergency service, and participation in an on call rotation. We are looking for someone who understands the responsibility that comes with being a professional service plumber and is willing to step up when customers need us. All working time must be accurately recorded and will be compensated in accordance with applicable law and company policy.
