RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS INCLUDE
Conduct comprehensive plumbing services, including installations, repairs, and maintenance of fixtures such as sinks, toilets, faucets, water heaters, and garbage disposals. Diagnose complex plumbing issues using specialized equipment and provide detailed explanations to customers. Repair or replace water and drain lines, clear drain stoppages, and mend burst pipes. Perform whole house re-piping and underground excavation and repairs when necessary. Follow all plumbing codes and regulations to ensure work is completed safely and to the highest standards. Provide exceptional customer service, maintain a professional and courteous demeanor, and educate clients on plumbing system upkeep. Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed. Keep company vehicles clean, organized, and properly stocked with inventory.
Qualifications:
The Plumber will also have the following: Proven experience as a service plumber in residential, and light commercial settings. Extensive knowledge of local and national plumbing codes. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in various weather conditions.
