The typical work schedule is 5-6 days/week and all hours worked over 40 are paid at time and a half. In most positions, a driver's license is not required but is preferred. The starting wage will be based on documented experience and skill set.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The key responsibilities of this position are outlined below. Run plumbing systems to plans in new manufactured homesInterpret blueprints and building specifications to map layout for pipes, drainage systems and other plumbing materialsInstall pipes and fixtures, such as sinks and toilets, for water, gas, steam, air, or other liquidsInstall supports for pipes, equipment, and fixtures prior to installationAssemble fittings and valves for installationModify length of pipes, fixtures, and other plumbing materials as needed for a buildingFollow health and safety standards and comply with building codesPerform any other duties as requested

Qualifications:

3 + Years of Commercial Plumbing ExperienceAbility to work well with others, take instruction and work with minimal supervisionAbility to properly manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Verbal and written communication skills to audiences both inside and outside the company.

Must have strong knowledge of blueprint reading.

Good working knowledge of multiple jurisdictions and Florida building codes
