This vital role involves providing expert plumbing services for both commercial and residential clients, ensuring efficient, safe, and reliable plumbing solutions. As a Service Plumber, you will diagnose issues, perform repairs, installations, and maintenance across a variety of plumbing systems. Your expertise will help us deliver top-quality service that exceeds customer expectations and maintains our reputation for excellence in the industry. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Diagnose and repair plumbing systems, fixtures, and equipment. Install, maintain, and service water heaters, tankless water heaters, water lines, sewer lines, drains, and plumbing fixtures. Perform drain cleaning, and sewer inspections. Troubleshoot plumbing issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications when required. Complete service calls in residential and commercial settings. Communicate effectively with customers regarding repairs, and maintenance recommendations. Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and material usage. Ensure compliance with local plumbing codes and safety regulations. Maintain company vehicles, tools, and equipment in a clean and professional manner. Participate in on-call and emergency service rotations as required. Work independently and as part of a team to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of plumbing service experience preferred. Knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Ability to diagnose and repair plumbing problems efficiently. Experience with water heaters, drain cleaning equipment, and sewer systems. Strong customer service and communication skills. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to work in various environments, including crawl spaces, attics, rooftops, and construction sites. Ability to pass background check and drug screening.
