In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that all plumbing work meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances on construction sites Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to execute plumbing layouts accurately Use hand tools and power tools to cut, thread, assemble, and install piping systems efficiently Perform welding and pipe threading tasks to ensure secure connections and system integrity Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing work with carpentry, HVAC, and other trades Conduct inspections of plumbing installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes Assist with remodeling projects by replacing or upgrading existing plumbing infrastructure as needed Skills Strong construction site experience with a focus on construction plumbing projects Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics for accurate installation Mechanical knowledge of pipe threading, welding techniques, and pipe fitting procedures Skilled in using hand tools such as wrenches, pliers, pipe cutters, and screwdrivers; experienced with power tools as well Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and efficiently during installation or repair tasks Familiarity with HVAC systems and basic understanding of related mechanical components Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) preferred for transporting materials or equipment when necessary Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning Experience in carpentry or handyman work is a plus for versatile project support Knowledge of remodeling processes and assembly techniques for various fixtures Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-tier plumbing solutions!
