Lead Plumber:
Lead service calls and projects for residential and commercial clients Perform diagnostics, repairs, installations, repipes, drain cleaning (snaking/hydrojetting), leak detection, camera inspections, water heater work, fixture/appliance installs, trenchless pipe relining, and more Handle emergency plumbing responses and ensure jobs are completed efficiently and to the highest standard Mentor junior team members and maintain clear communication with customers and the office Drive a company vehicle and represent 535 Plumbing with professionalism and aloha
What We're Looking For:
5-10+ years of proven plumbing experience (residential, commercial, or both) Valid Hawaii plumbing license (or ability to obtain) and clean driving record Strong knowledge of modern plumbing techniques, codes, and tools (including trenchless methods a plus) Reliable, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to safety and quality Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team environment Ability to work independently while leading jobs and providing top-tier customer service Why Join 535 Plumbing?
