Role:
We are seeking a skilled and dependable Pool Plumber to join our team. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems associated with residential and commercial swimming pools, spas, and water features. However, we also welcome candidates with experience in residential, commercial, or other plumbing trades who are looking to expand their skills into the pool industry. If you have a solid plumbing foundation, we're willing to help the right person learn the specialized aspects of pool plumbing.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, repair, troubleshoot, and maintain plumbing systems for residential and commercial swimming pools, spas, and water features Install, connect, and service pool equipment including pumps, filters, heaters, automation systems, valves, and related components Read and interpret construction plans, plumbing layouts, and project specifications to ensure accurate installations Diagnose plumbing issues, identify leaks or equipment problems, and perform repairs efficiently Safely operate hand tools, power tools, and plumbing equipment while maintaining a clean and organized job site Follow all company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and applicable plumbing codes and standards Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Experience in pool plumbing preferred; experience in residential, commercial, or industrial plumbing will also be considered Working knowledge of plumbing systems, PVC pipe installation, fittings, valves, and plumbing tools Ability to read and interpret construction plans, plumbing layouts, and project specifications is preferred Strong mechanical aptitude with excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Ability to safely lift heavy materials, work outdoors in varying weather conditions, and perform physically demanding tasks Commitment to following company safety policies, OSHA requirements, and job site best practices Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred What We Offer Competitive hourly pay (DOE) Health, dental, and vision benefits (after eligibility period) Paid time off, holidays, and wellness days Opportunities for growth A strong team culture that values accountability, respect, and craftsmanship
