Job Purpose:

Maintain environmental conditions by installing and maintaining plumbing equipment; maintain records.

Duties:

Organize work by studying work orders, diagrams, specifications, drawings, and blueprints; gather required materials. Tests and repair environmental systems by operating the systems; identify malfunctions; repair or replace sealants, parts, and components. Keep tools and equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintain supplies; perform preventive maintenance; call for repairs. • Document actions by completing equipment records. Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; comply with legal regulations. • Update job knowledge by participating in company educational opportunities; reading technical publications. Accomplish maintenance and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
