What You'll Do:

Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues. Perform plumbing service, maintenance, repairs, and replacements. Install and replace plumbing fixtures, piping, water heaters, drains, and related equipment. Inspect plumbing systems and recommend appropriate repair or replacement solutions. Complete service calls efficiently while maintaining quality standards. Accurately complete work orders, service reports, and required documentation. Maintain a clean and safe work environment while following all plumbing codes and safety standards. Provide outstanding customer service and professionally represent the company on every job.

Qualifications:

Current Journeyman Plumber License in both Iowa and Illinois ( REQUIRED ). Experience troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing residential and commercial plumbing systems. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to work independently and effectively manage daily service calls. Valid driver's license with an excellent driving record. Ability to successfully pass a background check.

Preferred Qualifications:

Backflow Certification. HVAC experience is a plus.

Education & Experience:

Completion of a certified plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent training program. High school diploma or GED required. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude and the ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and installation instructions.
