Overview Passion Exteriors is an established local home-improvement company serving the Linn and Johnson County area, and we're expanding into water filtration . We're building out a new division that installs whole-home water softeners and reverse-osmosis drinking-water systems for homeowners, and we're looking for a reliable installer who knows basic plumbing and wants consistent, well-paid work. This starts as contract/part-time (1-3 installs/week) with a clear path to full-time W2 as volume grows. We're investing heavily in marketing to build this arm quickly — our goal is to scale to 30-60 installs/month within 90 days , so the right person will have steady, increasing work. You'd be getting in on the ground floor of a new division at an established, stable company. What you'd be doing Install 10×54 whole-home softener / filtration systems Install under-sink 5-stage RO systems (and potentially tankless) Basic plumbing tie-ins, testing, cleanup Be professional and friendly with homeowners Grab a Google review after the job (extra $$) Typical install: 3-4 hours What we need Plumbing experience (licensed) Your own tools + reliable transportation (company vehicle available as we grow) Able to take jobs with 48-72 hours' notice Shows up on time, clean work, no corner-cutting Good with homeowners What you get $300-750 per install depending on the system + your experience All systems / equipment provided (you bring your own tools) Flexible schedule Steady, increasing work as the division grows Path to full-time W2 Ground floor of a new water-filtration division at an established local company
