A growing contractor in Des Moines has recently launched a new plumbing division and is expanding the team due to increased project needs. This role is ideal for individuals looking to start or advance a career in the plumbing trade while working alongside experienced plumbers.

What You'll Do:

Assist plumbers with installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems Support rough‑in and finish plumbing on residential and commercial projects Measure, cut, and assemble pipes and fittings under supervision Use hand and power tools safely and correctly Load, unload, and stage materials and equipment on job sites Follow instructions from lead plumbers and retain skills learned on the job Travel to job sites within the Des Moines area as needed

What You Need:

Interest in learning the plumbing trade and growing within the industry/company Ability to lift materials, climb ladders, and work in active construction environments Experience with hand tools and construction-related tasks Valid driver's license and dependable transportation Preferred (Not Required): Any prior plumbing, construction, or mechanical experience Familiarity with pipe materials, fittings, or basic plumbing concepts Experience on residential or commercial job sites
