Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and motivated Journeyman Plumber to join our dynamic construction and maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Your expertise will ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations while delivering top-quality service to clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your technical skills in a fast-paced environment, contributing to the successful completion of diverse construction projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and appliances in accordance with blueprints, schematics, and construction plans Read and interpret construction drawings, schematics, and technical manuals to execute precise plumbing installations Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and safety regulations Perform pipe threading, pipe installation,, and use power tools and hand tools efficiently on-site Conduct routine maintenance and repair of plumbing systems to ensure optimal operation in residential and commercial settings Adhere to safety protocols during heavy lifting, working at heights, or in confined spaces while maintaining a safe work environment Skills Proven construction experience with a strong understanding of construction site procedures Knowledge of plumbing building codes, local building codes, and mechanical standards Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and construction plans accurately Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and other plumbing tools effectively Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members Experience with maintenance, repair & operations (MRO), remodeling projects, and field service work Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to pipe sizing and layout Mechanical knowledge related to plumbing system maintenance and repair in both residential and commercial environments Capable of heavy lifting and physical tasks required on construction sites including carpentry or handyman experience as a bonus Join our team as a Journeyman Plumber if you're passionate about delivering high-quality craftsmanship while working on diverse projects that challenge your skills.
