Strong diagnostic and problem-solving ability. Customer service and professional communication skills. Ability to read blueprints and perform diagnostic testing. Additional Skills & Qualifications Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and up to 100 lbs occasionally. Comfortable working in various environments such as crawl spaces and outdoors. Clean, professional appearance with company-provided uniforms. Comfortable using a smartphone for job-related tasks. Experience a fast-paced service setting with a variety of job types and system types, including new construction, older systems, tankless units, and commercial heaters. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of West Des Moines, IA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr.
