This position is ideal for a skilled professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, leadership, and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise plumbing installations, repairs, and maintenance projects. Manage and mentor apprentice plumbers and crew members. Diagnose plumbing issues and develop effective solutions. Ensure all work complies with local codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Communicate professionally with customers, contractors, and team members. Coordinate materials, equipment, and job site activities to ensure project success. Qualifications Current Journeyman Plumber license. 5+ years of plumbing experience, including leadership responsibilities. Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
