Residential Service Plumber

You will:

Diagnose and resolve plumbing issues Educate customers and recommend solutions Represent the company with professionalism and confidence

Key Responsibilities Service & Technical Execution:

Perform residential and light commercial plumbing repairs and installations Diagnose issues accurately and provide effective solutions Complete jobs efficiently while maintaining high-quality workmanship

Customer Experience:

Build trust with customers through clear communication and professionalism Explain issues and solutions in a way customers understand Deliver a 5-star service experience on every call

Performance & Accountability:

Take ownership of job performance and results Maintain productivity, efficiency, and quality standards Continuously improve through feedback and coaching

Standards & Consistency:

Maintain clean and organized job sites Accurately document job notes and service details Follow all company processes, procedures, and safety protocols

Team Collaboration:

Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and team members Support team goals and contribute to a positive work environment What We're Looking For 24+ years old with a valid driver's license and insurable record Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen (including marijuana) Plumbing experience: Apprentice or Journeyman plumbing license: Required Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail Knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and safety standards Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
