Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Demolition Technician to join our local disaster recovery team. When unexpected water, fire, or mold damage hits residential and commercial properties, you will be the first line of defense. This is a hands-on role where your hard work directly helps families and businesses rebuild after a crisis.
Daily Responsibilities Disaster Response:
Handle emergency service calls involving water extraction, mold removal, and fire/smoke cleanup.
Property Mitigation:
Tear out damaged drywall, pull up ruined flooring, and strategically place industrial drying equipment.
Digital Logging:
Document job site conditions, track daily moisture levels, and take photos using a mobile tablet/phone app.
Client Interaction:
Deliver excellent customer service by clearly explaining the restoration process to stressed property owners.
Shop & Fleet Upkeep:
Keep company vehicles, tools, and warehouses clean, organized, and ready for deployment.
On-Call Rotation:
Participate in a scheduled, rotating after-hours shift for weekend and night emergencies.
What We Are Looking For Physical Capability:
Capability to lift up to 75 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably in tight spaces like crawlspaces or attics.
Clean Record:
A valid driver's license with an insurable driving history and the ability to pass a background check/drug screening. Background must be clear of felonies & misdemeanors.
Reliability:
A strong work ethic and the flexibility to handle urgent, unpredictable emergency schedules.
Background:
Prior experience in roofing, demolition, HVAC, or general labor is helpful, but we provide complete on-the-job training .

Job Type:
Full-time Pay Range:
$18.00 - $25.00 per hour (plus overtime and on-call bonuses)
