Licensed Plumber — Residential with Some Commercial Work We are seeking an experienced, licensed plumber to join our growing team. This position is primarily residential work with occasional minor commercial projects. Successful candidates will handle jobs from the underground rough-in through to final trim out, participating in every phase of the plumbing lifecycle on a variety of projects. What You Will Do Perform underground phase work including water and sewer line installation. Complete rough-in, system testing, and final trim-out for residential builds and light commercial jobs. Lead and mentor one or two apprentices on-site, directing daily tasks and providing on-the-job training. Coordinate with project managers, other trades, and homeowners to maintain project schedules and quality standards. Schedule and Work Environment Our standard work week is Monday through Thursday, giving all team members a three-day weekend every week. We offer flexibility in start and end times and do not enforce a rigid daily schedule, allowing a measure of autonomy while meeting project needs and deadlines. Compensation and Benefits Pay is competitive and based on experience, starting around $35/hour.
