Responsibilities:

Deliver performance in line with recognized technologist practice standards Assist surgeons and the clinical team during emergency, elective, and scheduled procedures Ensure a patient-centered and customer-focused environment at all times Contribute to efficient operating room preparation and turnover Support and communicate within a cohesive multidisciplinary group

Qualifications:

Current Nursing-ORT skillset or applicable Surgical Technologist credentials Hands-on experience in an OR or surgical environment preferred Strong communication and collaboration abilities Adaptability and calm demeanor in fast-paced situations Commitment to quality and patient-centered care
