Job Description
Licensed Plumber - New Construction Residential (H&W Plumbing) H&W Plumbing is seeking an experienced, licensed plumber to join our growing team focused on new construction residential homes. This role is ideal for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality work, enjoys a collaborative environment, and values consistent scheduling. You will primarily work on single-family and multi-family new build projects, performing installations, rough-ins, trim work, and system testing to ensure every home meets our high standards. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Our standard work week is Monday through Thursday, giving staff extended weekends for rest and personal time. Start and end times are flexible within project needs and crew coordination so you can balance work and life responsibilities. Importantly, you will be home every night—no long-term travel or overnight assignments. Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay commensurate with experience Company truck provided for experienced candidates Holiday pay after 6 months of employment 401(k) plan available Vacation time begins after 1 year of service Key Responsibilities Perform plumbing installations on new residential construction Read blueprints and layout plumbing systems accurately Coordinate with general contractors, electricians, and inspectors Troubleshoot, test, and ensure systems pass inspection Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site Qualifications Current plumbing license in the state of operation Drivers license Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team H&W Plumbing is committed to a safe, respectful workplace and to supporting the growth of our technicians.
