Licensed Plumber - New Construction Residential (H&W Plumbing) H&W Plumbing is seeking an experienced, licensed plumber to join our growing team focused on new construction residential homes. This role is ideal for a dependable professional who takes pride in quality work, enjoys a collaborative environment, and values consistent scheduling. You will primarily work on single-family and multi-family new build projects, performing installations, rough-ins, trim work, and system testing to ensure every home meets our high standards. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Our standard work week is Monday through Thursday, giving staff extended weekends for rest and personal time. Start and end times are flexible within project needs and crew coordination so you can balance work and life responsibilities. Importantly, you will be home every night—no long-term travel or overnight assignments.
