What You'll Do Technical Work & Oversight Perform residential plumbing service, repair, and installation work Ensure all work meets Illinois state and local plumbing codes Serve as the licensed plumber of record for permits, compliance, and inspections Provide technical guidance for complex diagnostics and solutions Oversee quality control and ensure all jobs meet company standards Division Support & Development Help shape processes, workflows, and service offerings as the company grows Collaborate with leadership on pricing, job costing, and efficiency improvements Identify opportunities within our large existing customer base Customer Service Deliver honest, high‑quality service aligned with Arrow Plumbing's reputation Communicate clearly with homeowners to ensure a positive customer experience What We're Looking For Licensed Journeyman Plumber (Illinois) - required Strong residential plumbing experience (service‑focused preferred) Solid understanding of plumbing codes, job costing, and best practices High personal standards for workmanship and customer care Organized, reliable, and solutions‑driven Interest in supporting a growing company — leadership potential is a plus Why This Role Is Different Most plumbing jobs plug you into an existing system.
