In this role, you will perform a wide range of plumbing services, from installations and repairs to inspections and remodeling projects. Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain residential plumbing systems including water supply lines, drainage, and fixtures using hand tools and power tools. pipe threading, and assembly tasks to ensure optimal system performance. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans to accurately execute plumbing Adhere to local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of construction plumbing and remodeling projects. Assist with remodeling projects by providing handyman services such as fixture installation or minor repairs as needed. Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on residential plumbing systems. Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, and the use of hand tools, power tools, and plumbing inspection cameras. Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage solutions, and plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques. Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans accurately. Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Experience with construction site safety protocols and heavy lifting requirements. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations related to residential plumbing projects. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues.
