Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various construction sites. Your expertise will ensure that plumbing infrastructure meets safety standards, building codes, and project specifications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, from commercial remodels to new construction, utilizing your technical skills and mechanical knowledge to deliver high-quality results. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts. Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks with precision to ensure leak-proof connections. Conduct remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, pipes, and related components according to specifications. Collaborate with construction teams to coordinate plumbing installations within the overall project timeline. Use basic math skills to measure, cut, and fit pipes accurately while adhering to safety protocols. Assist with HVAC system components related to plumbing and mechanical systems when needed. Experience Proven experience working on construction sites with a focus on plumbing installation and repair. Strong knowledge of construction plumbing techniques, schematics reading, and pipe threading. Familiarity with welding techniques and the use of hand tools and power tools in a construction setting. Ability to lift heavy materials safely and perform physically demanding tasks regularly. Prior experience with remodeling projects or handyman work is a plus. Knowledge of HVAC systems or commercial driving certifications can be advantageous but are not mandatory.
