- $25 an hour 1 day ago Benefits Paid training Health insurance Paid time off On-the-job training 401(k) matching Qualifications Driver's License Construction site experience Water systems Loader operation Skid steer loader Full Job Description Paluska Plumbing Underground Solutions is looking for a hardworking, dependable Plumbing Laborer to join our underground plumbing and excavation crew.
- Assist with excavation and trenching for underground plumbing systems
- Assist with sewer main and sewer lateral replacements
- Assist with water main and water service repairs and replacements
- Assist with locating, exposing, and repairing underground utilities
- Install and assist with installation of underground sewer and water piping
- Perform pipe bedding, backfilling, and compaction
- Assist with operating mini excavators, skid steers, and other equipment
- Assist plumbers and equipment operators with daily jobsite tasks
- Load, unload, and organize tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean and safe jobsite
- Follow proper trench safety and excavation procedures
- Perform general labor and site-work duties as needed Qualifications
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Able to perform physical labor, including lifting, digging, and working in trenches
- Ability to follow directions and work as part of a crew
- Construction, excavation, plumbing, sewer, or utility experience is a plus
- Equipment operating experience is a plus
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn

Pay:
