We're looking for a motivated Plumbing Service Technician who wants more than just a job—we're looking for someone who wants to build a long-term career. What You'll Do Residential plumbing service and repairs Water heater repair and replacement Drain cleaning and troubleshooting Gas line installation and repair Diagnose plumbing issues and present repair options to customers Deliver outstanding customer service in homeowners' homes Maintain a clean, organized, and professional company vehicle What We're Looking For 3+ years of verifiable plumbing experience preferred (service experience is a plus) Licensed Indiana Plumber or at least a 3rd-year plumbing apprentice Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Willingness to learn—we'll help you grow if you don't know everything Clean driving record Clean background check Professional appearance and positive attitude Excellent communication and customer service skills Self-motivated, dependable, and punctual Team player with a strong work ethic Someone who wants to grow into a Lead Technician or management position as the company expands What We Offer Competitive pay Performance bonuses
