The Opportunity We are expanding our team in Bloomington, IN and hiring apprentices learning the trade, journeymen running their own calls, and master plumbers ready to lead. Positions We're Hiring Apprentice Plumber Entry point into the trade. Work alongside journeymen and master plumbers on residential and light commercial jobs while logging hours toward your journeyman license. Journeyman Plumber Licensed and experienced, running your own service, repair, and installation calls with minimal supervision across residential and commercial jobs.

Master / Licensed

Service Plumber Our most experienced plumbers — pulling permits, handling complex diagnostics and larger commercial or new-construction work, and mentoring apprentices and journeymen on the team. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair residential and commercial plumbing issues: leaks, clogs, water heaters, fixtures, and sewer/drain lines. Perform installations for repiping, remodels, new construction, and multifamily properties, as your license level allows. Communicate clearly and honestly with customers about the problem, the options, and the cost — no upselling, no surprises. Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and required stock so you're ready for the day's calls. Complete accurate job documentation, estimates, and invoices using our field service software. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule to cover after-hours emergency service. Follow all local and state plumbing codes and safety requirements on every job.

What We're Looking For Apprentice:

willingness to learn, reliable transportation, and enrollment in (or willingness to enroll in) an approved apprenticeship program.

Journeyman:

current Indiana Journeyman Plumber license and at least 2 years of hands-on service/repair experience. Master /

Licensed Service Plumber:

current Indiana Master Plumber license (or Journeyman license with the experience to sit for it), with 5+ years of service, repair, and installation experience. Strong customer-service instincts — comfortable being the face of Mother Plumber in someone's home or business. Valid driver's license and a clean-enough driving record to be covered under our vehicle insurance.
