Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, ensuring compliance with local building codes and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs effectively Conduct drain cleaning using specialized tools and techniques to clear blockages and prevent future problems Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately assemble plumbing components and systems Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel to various job sites Perform plumbing system inspections, troubleshoot water system issues, and execute repairs or replacements as needed Assist with remodeling projects by assembling fixtures, installing piping, and ensuring seamless integration with existing structures Utilize heavy lifting techniques for handling pipes and equipment safely on construction sites with experience in construction site protocols Skills Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation and maintenance Proficiency in welding, pipe threading, drain cleaning, and the use of hand tools and power tools Strong knowledge of residential and commercial plumbing systems along with water system management Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints accurately Familiarity with local building codes, plumbing inspection cameras, and construction site safety practices Excellent customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients during service calls or project consultations Experience in remodeling projects, assembly work, handyman tasks, and construction site operations Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting plumbing issues Heavy lifting capability combined with physical stamina for demanding tasks on construction sites Join our team if you're passionate about delivering top-quality plumbing solutions while enjoying a supportive environment that values your skills.
