Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and skilled Plumber Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems across residential and commercial properties. Your expertise will ensure that water systems operate efficiently, comply with local building codes, and meet customer expectations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects, utilize a variety of tools and techniques, and deliver exceptional service to clients. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial settings, including water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures. Operate company vehicles safely to travel between job sites while adhering to traffic laws and company policies. Use hand tools, power tools, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading equipment, and welding tools to complete tasks efficiently. Perform drain cleaning using specialized equipment and techniques to clear blockages and ensure proper flow. Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately execute plumbing installations or repairs. Conduct plumbing system inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Comply with local building codes and safety regulations during all phases of work while maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Skills Proven Residential service experience with a strong background in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance. Proficiency in drain cleaning, routing, and the use of hand tools and power tools. Knowledge of residential and light commercial plumbing systems experience. Ability to interpret technical drawings and schematics accurately. Familiarity with plumbing inspection cameras for diagnosing complex issues. Strong understanding of local building codes related to plumbing installation and repair. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Physical ability for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, and performing handyman tasks such as remodeling or assembly projects. Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and material estimations.
