The Role:

Our Plumbing Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home. Plumbing Service technicians receive hourly pay between $25-$35 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.

What You'll Do:

Complete in-home plumbing service calls. Consistently represent themselves as a professional and "industry knowledgeable" which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business! Establish customer rapport to sell the right products, provide the right service, and create that "You're my go-to company" relationship. Educate customers on their plumbing equipment Alway maintain a clean, organized job site and truck. Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.

What You'll Need:
