In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing plumbing systems in accordance with local building codes and safety regulations. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled plumbers eager to showcase their craftsmanship, work on diverse construction sites, and contribute to building compliant and efficient plumbing systems. Duties Install, assemble, and repair plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, and gas piping using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to ensure precise installation aligned with project specifications Conduct routine maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting of plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings while adhering to building code compliance standards Perform heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely on construction sites while following safety regulations to prevent accidents Collaborate with project managers, electricians, carpenters, and other trades to coordinate installation efforts and ensure seamless project workflows Maintain accurate documentation of work performed, including schematics updates and maintenance logs Qualifications Proven construction experience with a strong background in plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance in residential or commercial settings. A majority of the work will be in residential new construction. Valid journey-level plumbing license required, demonstrating mastery of plumbing building codes and local regulations Skilled in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction plans with attention to detail Proficient with hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, and basic math for measurements and calculations Knowledge of gas piping systems, pipe installation techniques, and building code compliance standards Experience working on construction sites with a focus on safety regulations and proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working at heights or in confined spaces when required Strong customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients and team members during projects Valid driver's license for commercial driving if required for site access or material transport Embark on a rewarding career where your expertise makes a tangible difference!
