Responsibilities Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential and commercial buildings, adhering to local building codes and safety standards Use hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and plumbing inspection cameras to diagnose issues and perform repairs efficiently Conduct drain cleaning using specialized equipment to prevent blockages and ensure proper water flow Interpret technical drawings and blueprints for construction plumbing projects and remodeling tasks Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, materials, and personnel between job sites Perform plumbing system inspections and maintenance to identify potential issues before they escalate Collaborate with construction teams on site to ensure plumbing installations meet project specifications and deadlines Requirements Proven construction experience with a focus on plumbing installation, repair, and maintenance Ability to operate welding equipment for specialized pipe repairs or modifications Hands-on experience with drain cleaning equipment, plumbing inspection cameras, pipe threading tools, and hand or power tools Knowledge of local building codes related to residential and commercial plumbing systems Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members Experience interpreting technical drawings and blueprints for construction plumbing projects Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and handle physical demands of the job including remodeling or construction site work Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and reading technical specifications Handyman experience or background in assembly or remodeling projects is a plus Join us if you're passionate about delivering high-quality plumbing solutions!
