We are hiring a State of Indiana-licensed Journeyman Plumber. What you'll do:
- Residential and light-commercial service, repair, and installation — water heaters, tankless, boilers, sump pumps, drain/sewer, water treatment, and repipes
- Diagnose and solve problems the right way the first time
- Represent Dye professionally in customers' homes What we're looking for:
- Valid Indiana Journeyman Plumber license (required)
- Solid residential/service experience
- Clean driving record and valid driver's license
- Pride in your work — we don't cut corners What we offer:
- Base pay: $42
- 47/hr, based on experience
- Total compensation package of ~$54
- 59/hr at top scale — your base wage plus employer-paid health insurance (we cover 100% of employee-only coverage and 60% of family), a 3% IRA match, and paid holidays. Employer-paid benefits add roughly $7
- 12/hr of real value on top of your wage.
