Valid driver's license with a clean driving record ; ability to safely operate a company vehicle. 2+ years of professional plumbing experience preferred (residential, commercial, or service-based). Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills , with the ability to quickly assess and resolve plumbing issues. Excellent customer service and communication skills , with the ability to clearly explain technical details to customers. Ability to lift 50+ lbs., work in confined spaces, climb ladders, and perform physically demanding tasks as part of daily responsibilities. Proficiency with plumbing tools, equipment, and safety procedures , including drain cleaning machines, water heaters, and pipe systems.
