Overview Join our dynamic construction team as a Plumber and play a vital role in installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems across various commercial projects. Duties Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems using hand tools, power tools, and pipe threading equipment according to project specifications and blueprints Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing layouts and modifications Perform welding and pipe fitting tasks to ensure secure connections for water supply and drainage systems. Conduct heavy lifting of materials and equipment safely while adhering to safety protocols. Use basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and layout planning during installation or repairs Collaborate with other trades such as carpentry and HVAC technicians to coordinate project timelines and ensure quality standards are met Qualifications Proven experience in construction plumbing or related fields with hands-on work on construction sites Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, schematics, and mechanical principles Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading machines, welding equipment, and other construction tools Ability to read blueprints and technical schematics accurately Physical strength for heavy lifting, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces; comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Basic math proficiency for measurements and calculations necessary for precise installations Handyman experience or remodeling background is a plus for versatile project support Embark on a rewarding career where your craftsmanship makes a tangible difference!
