Explain diagnosed issues in clear terms, present solution options, and secure approval before performing work. Operate drain cleaning machines, high-pressure jetters, and pipe inspection cameras. Maintain and stock your service vehicle, ensure proper tool tracking, and complete all service documentation accurately.
Requirements of a drain tech:
Basic understanding of residential and commercial plumbing systems Ability to perform drain cleaning using small to large equipment Skill in removing and resetting toilets and p-traps Strong customer communication and service skills Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must pass background check and drug screening If you have the experience we seek,
