P1 Service is hiring Mechanical Servicemen to work alongside our skilled plumbing professionals across our service locations. This is an entry-level position - no prior trade experience required - and it can serve as the starting point for a long-term career in the mechanical trades. This role is tied to a union apprenticeship program. Attending classes through the Local Union Training Center is not required to be hired or to stay employed, but candidates who choose to enroll and complete the program will advance through wage tiers up to the full journeyman rate. Those who do not attend school will remain at their current pay level. If you're looking for steady work in a hands-on trade and want the option to grow, this could be the right fit. What You'll Do Working under the direction of a Journeyman, Foreman, or Service Manager, you'll assist with plumbing and mechanical work across commercial jobsites.
